This is an effort to bring Government at your doorstep. The aim is to lay a solid foundation for e-Governance, create visible impact in the lives of people and facilitate a more comfortable interaction between citizens and Government. Overall we would like to make the experience of the citizen in dealing with Government more pleasant and satisfying. The Integrated Citizen Facilitation Centers (SETU) is an approach in the direction of making citizen Government interactions faster, smoother and transparent.
